I paid about $850 for a new Neptune washer five years ago from Lowes. Since then we have experienced the mold and other issues. All Maytag can say is "we apologize" and hide behind mention of some "third party company" and "court rulling" and claim there is nothing they can do. They won't even let me voice my displeasure with a manager and claim that "none are availabe." Their attitude and shirking of responsibility is infuriating... I wish I could drop my neptune on their corporate office from a B-52 bomber. NO MORE MAYTAG PRODUCTS FOR US.
