We are Colorado residents who have exprienced the debacle of the installation in 2000 of the Lennox HM30 complete heat system. After six years of repairs we have finally had to replace the system due to tank failure. Lennox agreed to replace the heating unit ($1500.00) ( HM30 cost $8100.00)and give us $600.00 towards installation and $300.00 towards a new water heater. The cost of the water heater and it's installation was $1100.00 and the installation of the heater was an additional $350.00 over what Lennox allowed. It should have been replaced at no charge.
We would to like hear from any Colorado residents requarding a class action lawsuit.
