how do I build a window?

The construction from scratch of a crank-out casement window seems like a task which is probably not one for a novice woodworker. My thought is if you have to ask, I doubt that you have the machinery or experience to fabricate the window. Your best bet would be to take the rough opening measurements to a millworks and let them handle the fabrication of the window.
