Outside of industril cleaners, you'll have to remove it manually. Aside from a razor blade or window scraper, you may want to use a dremel tool with a "511 abrasive buff" bit on it. This bit can still scratch certain surfaces, so be careful. Also, your fingernail will do wonders on some of the harder parts. And last, a plastic plaster or putty knife works well, too.
