repasting loose wallpaper

Try half and half water and white (Elmer's, etc.) glue. Wash any grease off of surfaces with mild detergent and rinse. After that dries, use tack cloth to remove any dust. Apply glue mixture thinly with a foam brush to both paper and wall, then smooth together, gently rubbing any blisters towards the free edge to eliminate. A little glue will do a lot of paper. Wipe up excess glue before it dries. This will stick until the cows come home. Don't ask me how to remove the paper, though....
