re-painting an exterior door

i painted a brand new exterior metal door with a latex paint and alot
of the fur from the rollor stuck to the door. i then had a proffesional come out and re-paint it for me but left tons of brush marks in the door and looks
worse then i did it. should i sand the door down or strip it all off
and start from scratch? any other idea's
