Last year the supply pipe gave way and had to replace three joints and two unions spending 375$ and anadditional 200$ for roof fixing.. Again this year just last week there were two more leaks at the T Joints and had to get them replaced spending 312$ for the plumber and 300$ for the roof. This problem is repeating in every house in our location.
