Barking Dog

We have had trainers,bark collars, not slept, the dog wakes up and barks, loudly. It would not be a problem in a normal house but we own a Bed and Breakfast. Guests don't like to be woken up at 5:30am. We have her Sleeping crate in my workshop in the basement. What materials, i.e. ceiling tile,drywall,ect. can I use to Sound proof her in?
