I have no intention of "jacking up the roof"lol
I plan on using a tin roof over roof trusses so that i can remove the tin and trusses when Im prepared to build the upper floors.

This is a walkout basement so getting in and out is no problem.

I do have basic floor plans for upper floor drawn up and we are putting in footings for all of the load bearing walls.

There is also a natural drain with a sump pump going into the basement.They are also rubber coating the outside of the basement walls for water proofing It is suppose to be better than black tar.

I think i will go ahead and drylock all the inside .

I thank you for your advice and input. I know im in over my head but I will live and learn and with a few mistakes i believe i can make this work lol thanks.
