I had to find a source on the WEB just in case you were 'wondering'. ALthough 'anyone' can say what they want w/o an explanation, I decided to back up my statement.
For what not to use for vinyl floor tile, see Color Tile USA. For what not to use for ceramic floor tile, see DO-It-Yourself.com. I'd say both sites are reputable.
