In my case, there are about 120 pcs of track and studs. The cost savings will be about $36. You make a valid point about extra moves to secure the insulation w/in the smaller studs. I did plan on using the poly-faced insulation but still want to maintain at least a 1" air space b/tween it and the foundation wall. Thanks Ed for the input.
