My husband has called two gutter companies to fix a sagging gutter, but no one shows up! He is considering climbing up to do the job himself, but I would like some advice, please? Believe it or not, there's a weed/flower growing in the sagging area, so I guess that area seedlings have blown into it and started to sprout! Anyway, how to approach the job? Thanks very much!
