What is considered a high R- value rating? I was told single pane are around 1.0 and the double pane krypon gas filled windows I looked at are 4.5 r-rating. I was also told that triple glazed is around 8 but I cannot get the grids in those. For triple, how much more cost is involved than double and how mmuch savings - I mean, is it worth it?
