I read your other post about the well. I think you need to have the well water tested for quality. You could be drawing pollutants from your septic system into your well. Alot depends on how the site is laid out-how close your well is to your septic system, is the septic system hydraulically upgradient of the well, what kind of soils you have. In addition to doubling the demand on the well, as noted in the other post, you're also doubling the load imposed on the septic system, so just because it worked for years before you got there doesn't mean too much. So test the water, maybe you need a new well, with proper separation distance from the septic system.

As far as the reverse slope on the pipe, this should be fixed so the pipe completely drains. But since it is flushing I presume the reverse slope is not too severe and the septic system is not faulty. The toilet also has a built-in trap. I doubt the water is coming back up into the bowl.
