Invest in a house jack and put it under that area beneath that joist and shore up the joist and carefully crank it up to level. I would crank it up one turn per day so the move is gradual and not damaging to the home. Use a long level to test for levelness.

Then apply good hard lumber for a pilon and then remove the jack. Allow some settling with the wood, so go a turn higher.
