We manufacture extruders and plants in order to meet the different production needs. We can supply simple roof tile plants for those who want to start production of concrete root tiles with minimum investment with possibility of upgrading on a later stage. We also supply semi-automatic and completely automatic plants, with possibility of automatism curing, strapping and stacking, to meet high production needs.
- Manual roof tile making machines from 60 to 120 pieces per hour.
- Semi automatic plants from 120 to 600 pieces per hour.
- Semi automatic plants from 600 to 2500 pieces per hour.
- Automatic plants from 1000 to 6000 pieces per hour.
- Racker - deracker.
- Complete equipment for the production of special pieces.
- Supply of accessories for handling and lifting: fork lifts, grabs for roof tiles, dumpers.
- Production of roof tiles according to international standards:

Egglayers:
Capacity from 1.800 to 10.000 pieces per day standard blocks mm. 200x400x200. Production of blocks with holes or full, and special blocks on design.
Stationary block making machines:
Capacity from 2000 a 17.000 pieces per day standard blocks mm. 200x400x200. Production of blocks with holes or full, pavers and special manufactures on design.
-Possibility of double layer for economic production of pavers.
-Projects for complete block plants.
-Supply of accessories for handling and lifting:
fork lifts grabs for blocks, dumpers.
