The house I live in is a townhouse build in the 40's and renovated in the 70's. I want to hang some pictures on a plaster wall that has no lathe behind it. The paster was applied directly to some wire mesh that was nailed to the cinder block wall. Would the hangers you mentioned in your previous reply work in this instance?
