Every painter will agree to this: DO NOT BUY PAINT AT A HOME CENTER OR HARDWARE STORE, STAY WITH DEALERS LIKE SHERWIN, KELLY, AND BEN MOORE. THERE YOU WILL NOT FAIL.
Latex is just as good or better in some aspects than oil. The teck in latex has really improved. I only use latex on my jobs. It is more user friendly.
