I consider Behr to be among the group of first rate paints, along with Benjamin Moore, some Sherwin Williams lines,and a couple regional brands, while I consider Kelley Moore rather second rate. I don't know for sure what's best. that's just my opinion. Everyone's got one. Behr has always performed first rate for me, so I see no problem with saving money at Home Depot, purchasing a product that I know from experience is gonna do the job.
