Fake beams from Poly foam or self made

its been awhile since I have seen these in the retail environment, but I have. They were brown in color and knotched like the real wood, but they were hollow and make of blown poly styrofoam. Looked real good. Just glue them up. Now, I have not seen these in a while, but i have seen many beams that were built of two each 1 x 4's and one each 1 x 6. Nail these guys together and paint them and walla, you have beams. Most beams are like most porch pillars, just buildups with the supporting metal post in the middle. Now, I told you that i have seen them, but I did not answer your question about where. Don't know. Steve
