my sink & stove

I was brushing my teeth the other evening in my little 1/2 bathroom when all of a suddenly the water pressure went very low and has stayed very low since. All the other sinks I have, bathtub, etc works just fine. What's going on and what can I do about it?
Also, sometimes when I am going to use my stove the fire comes out with lots of air in it. It sometimes even blows itself out. Is this dangerous? Do I need a professional?
