Danny - My son-in-law has put the type of frames I think you are talking about in several rooms. He has kept the border equal on all sides, i.e. if you keep a 4" border on the top and bottom, then keep a 4" border between frames. His look great. When we did the first room we actually marked the frames on the wall with a pencil to see how it would look. I would think on the 131" wall four frames would be about right, with three on the 94" wall. The short walls can simply be whatever size they are with the 4" border. In their dining room the kids painted the entire lower section including the chair rail and wallpapered the upper part. It looks great!
