I noted there hadn't been any posts here. Although this doesn't have a groove, there's a window weatherstripping called Window Fur which can be stapled on a wood window. It's not high tech, but it's a fabric product and should be flexible enough to do the job. I think it's http://www.windowfur.com , but I'm not sure.
