Sorry, Mitch, the only chainsaw that might be for sale is the one that flung itself into the wire fence. I don't believe that you want that one. (Any chainsaw dumb enough to fling itself into a wire fence is not one that you would want.)
For what it's worth, I still think that you should look at a kart chassis with the steering gear and axles already attached as a minimum.
