I do not know if you finally had any satisfaction for your
complaint with Bryant Heating and Cooling , but I find
myself in a similar circumstances. I paid for a major repair
for a furnace not yet 3 years old and Bryant refuses to
live up to their warranty promises. I am trying to find a
way to have my complaint addressed so that others are
not as frustrated as I have been trying to deal with this
company.
If you have any advice, I would welcome it.
