located in fl.... we r having repeated mildew problems . tear out walls replace drywall, clean ac unit scrub furniture shampoo carpet, and it still returns.... opening vents on ac has not helped , but hurt ... exhaust fans are not doing the job.. it appears that high humid temp ouside is causing a stucko bldg to condensate btween outer wall and back of drywll help help tks
