Another drawback is that they will have to be serviced within 3 years, every three years or there is a high probability of failure. Don't expect to get a cup of hot water while firing off a 100,000 btuh boiler. You might also need a larger gas line or electric service, depending on which fuel you use.

Yes, you really have to find out the MAKE and MODEL to get good answers. There IS more than one machine made.
