Galvanized storage tank leak @ weld

Hello,
We live on well water, and have a 5000 gallon galvanized tank. Its leaking from the weld around a 4" fitting at the bottom that feeds the fire hydrant. The tank is about 18 years old. Any thoughts about fixing the leak. The tank also feeds the house on another line.
