Lennox AM30& Lennox HM61

I had severe problems with AM30 Lennox finally decided to replace my unit with the HM61. I had to pay for labor(about $1000) Given the situation I should get my money back.
shortly after having the HM 61 put in I startet having problems with the pressure switch. At that time I was told that I needed a new pressure switch for high altitude,that the unit was delivered with the wrong pressure switch. Again I had to pay for labor (about $79)
I complained but paid. Since that incident I am refused service by Service Experts in Denver. On one occasion I was kept freezing for several days before being told that they would not provide service for me. I have constant problems with the HM61. It is at the point were I constantly have to reset the unit in order to make it work. The problem indicator always says 'Pressure switch closed'. The pressure switch has been replaced several times aas well as the electronic board.
I do not dare to go anywhere when it is cold outside for I am afraid the pipes are freezing. What a nightmare this is! I need help!
