There is a lot of controversy regarding proper roof cleaning chemicals and procedures. After many years of research I have found that the best source of information and the truth comes from the source. The asphalt roofing manufacturers themselves. Also after reading over thousands of posts on many internet forums I have gotten to know the best roof cleaning professionals in the country. All of whom follow the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA) and major shingle manufacturers Owens Corning and GAF guidelines and chemicals. Guess what? They all recommend Bleach/TSP which so many roof cleaners try to bash. High pressure washing systems also should not be used because the chemicals do all the work.

Here are the links. The proof is in the pudding.

We also offer low pressure house washing, wood restoration services, fleet vehicle washing, and high pressure concrete cleaning. Every surface requires a different degree of pressure and chemicals. To see more examples of our work visit our website.
