My HM61 replacing the HM 30 was installed by the Service Sub. of Lennox one would assume that Lennox would inform me of such change!
It seems that did not happen!This branch of Lennox in Denver,CO has 'blacklisted' me, that is they refuse to respond to my service requests no reason ever given. They let me freeze several days before telling me - again no reason given.The company that is servicing my unit now should now have known about it since they are "experts" in that furnace. It would make sense to me that this could have been amiss.
