I think it is unlikely that you could "adjust" your door enough to clear your new flooring. You will have to remove the door and trim it the necessary amount, and this will entail some trim removal. Specifically, you will need to remove the door stop to allow the door to pivot up enough to lift it off the overhead track. If there is a guide on the floor, it will need to be removed as well.
