Where is the pressure switch? If it is at the house and not in the Well House then you don't have power, only switched power and it won't work.

If the pressure switch is at the well house then you need to look and see what kind of wire/cable was run.

If it was two hots (typically a black and red) and ground (bare or green) then you don't have 120 availalbe. It needs a white wire for the neutral.

But you can get small 240 volt heaters.

And a thermostat.

And you need to check what size the wire is, the breaker is, and the requirments for the pump to see if you can add this load.
