Hi. Our toilet isn't flushing...sort of. There's plenty of water in the tank; everything's cycling fine; it's going into the bowl; the bowl water swirls, goes down a little, but the bowl doesn't empty. I noticed that the bowl isn't up to its normal level by the time the tank shuts off. I'm wondering if the syphon holes, or the path to them, may be clogged. Maybe the water is going through them too slow for the bowl to empty and then not filling up all the way. I tried a stiff brush on them, but it hasn't helped. Any ideas/suggestions? Thanks.
