One way would be to finish it like a basement.

Sheets of stryfoam attached to the inside, Then furning strips and then drywall.

Now you will lose some space and it take a lot of work to extend the window and door frames and work on the electrical boxes.

But it will keep it dry and greatly reduce heating cost.
