I did try to flush it by pouring water in (don't have a bucket, though...had to use a gal jug, so it may not have flowed fast enough). It didn't flush itself. But, it DID flush properly by the lever when I tried it after that. (the bowl was full from adding the gallon). But, when it filled back up, it only filled half way, and didn't flush again by the lever.

I already tried cleaning the holes. I can see water coming out of them...I'm just wondering if the flow is restricted somehow (from within, out of the reach of cleaning brushes), so it's not filling up far enough before the tank shuts off because it IS filled enough. Also, since it DID flush once the bowl had enough water, I know the large syphon hole is clear. I think I just need to clean the pathway between the tank and the little holes. Any suggestions?
