sizing a main breaker for a garage game room

Good Morning

I am seeking information on sizing the main breaker for a two storu garage and game room. I will be installing a seperate feed from my meter. I anticipate a central heat and air, Electric Hot Water heater, probably 5 15 amp curcuits, and 5 15 amp curcuits.
Will a 100 amp main handle this
