I replaced both chips and now the set turns on, but the convergence is all out of whack and the picture is very distorted.
I can't move the convergence when in the menu option, the crosses won't move.
Before replacing the chips the TV wouldn't even turn on, so at least it does that now.
My soldering skills are not good and I'm certain I did a poor job soldering them back on. Would this cause this problem or should I look for something else?
