i guess i am not sure. how can you tell the difference? Yesterday i cleaned it with a chlorine solution and by this morning it was back. It looks a little powdery and a little furry i think. I just tried putting a fungus killer on it and right now it is drying. If you give me an email address i can attach and send a picture of what it looked like this morning. I took a couple of close ups.
