I think that if he's gonna scrape and paint, he'd actually 'charge' for the work and material. Yes, maybe it's included but I don't think he's gonna spend the time and material in doing this for free. I've got 13 windows. Does anyone know anyone that will scrape and paint them for free? I may be misunderstandin' ya, Steve, so if I am, you have my apologies in advance. Maybe you're saying that the contractor SHOULD quote the scraping and painting as part of the job; not simply ignore it, eh? Jay J
