Hello. Yes, we most likely will be suing them and the homebuilder. They insist that there is nothing wrong with our windows even though their techs have been here 7 times.
We have massive air coming through the sash and window frame. We had ice buildup on the inside (1" high and 1/2" thick). They keep bringing up condensation. Our complaint is not the condensation but the air leakage and ice buildup. It feels like we have our windows open in our house.
What kind of problems are you having?
Maybe we can help eachother out on this one.
