27 inch range

No. Freestanding ranges these days come in common sizes; 20", 24", 30", 36", 40", 46". You can however get a 27" drop-in model (see the following link). I would think it might be easier to add a base for it rather than remodel existing cabinets.

The only other options I can see are getting a 24" model and then doing something with the 3" gap which would be left or repairing the appliance you have.
