Hello

My dealer is finally looking at replacing our hm30-150 which has been replaced once approx. 5 years ago. The proposal is for the Polaris unit and the Total cost proposed is approx. $ 10,600 with a credit for the old HM30 of approx. $ 7200. still leaving me with a bill of $ 3400.00. This seems a little high to me not to mention all the problems I've read about the Polaris unit. I thought that they would give me a boiler since I have 2 air handlers aw well as a number of zones of in-floor heating. I live in Canada and have had a number of days without heat at different points in time. What do you think I should do?
