Safe yourself a lot of agony by not going into the Polaris or Lennox HM61. I had mine replaced with the HM61 and so fare I had nothing but problems. Having also a hybrid heating system with radiant and hot air as well as potable hot water all heated by the HM61(Polaris),I can tell you that the recovery rate is not as good as the HM30's.I constantly run into having cold or just barely warm water when I take a shower and that is withe only the heating and one shower usage. The house is well insulated and has only about 3500sqft.Get yourself any of the Vissman or Buderus boilers for about the same price. They have some very nice on-demand through the wall models. Any of those with a storage tank should do a much better job. This is what I am going to do next for I am feed up with Lennox! Also, the price for the HM61(Polaris) seems to be extremely high. I would lookn into about 4000.- plus another 1000.- to 1300.- installation!
