Lifting dishwasher for tile/shutting off icemaker

I'm prepping for tile work in my kitchen. I found instructions on removing my gas stove on doityourself.com, but couldn't find anything about removing/lifting/jacking up the dishwasher. I know it's bad to tile in the dishwasher and I remember someone mentioning that they would "unscrew it and jack it up."

Also, I've never moved a fridge with an icemaker line before. I assume that I pull the fridge out a bit, shut off and disconnect the supply line, then pull it all the way out. (Unplugging it first, of course.)
