This is the sort of thing that cannot reasonable be estimated sight unseen. Labor costs vary greatly throughout the country. Additionally, the size and scope of the project cannot be determined from the information you gave. Other variables are significant in pricing a job such as you propose. How many cubic yards must be removed? Is your existing foundation sufficiently deep to allow 20" of excavation? What is the condition of the soil under the house; is it soft and easily dug by hand, or is it on a stone shelf? Will dumpsters be required to take off the soil removed or will it just be dumpped in the 'back 40'? You need to get two or three estimates from local reliable firms to have any idea what this back-breaking labor intensive project will cost. I have a feeling that it will prove to be prohibitively expensive.
