My opener allows the door to go up. But it will not go down unless you hold the switch at the door. If you try to use the remote or just push the button once, it starts down barely and goes back up, then the light blinks on and off indefinitely. There is nothing in the way of the safety beam and I have tried adjusting it. What is going on?
