Water pressure

I live in a double wide that has spring water from a water supply. We have a holding tank and pump. We also have a filter system inside the house. Recently we have lost almost all cold water pressure to the two bathroom, but the hot water pressure is fine. Also the water pressure in the kitchen and laundry room have not been affected. One bathroom is beside the kitchen, the other is on the opposite end of the house. Any suggestions?
