The number of sonotubes needed will be determined by the size floor joists/girders you intend to use.

If you plan to use 2x8 floor joists or larger, then 1 8" tube in each corner should be ok.

For smaller joists, more tubes would be required.

Check with your local code enforcement office because some shed are regulated by building codes.
