Sewer odor in shower drain

Thanks for responding! I believe there is a trap, since I've lived in this house 5 years without a problem until now. I'm curious about your mentioning another fixture drying out the trap...do you know what could do that? I think that would be my last thing to check out. I appreciate your help!
